Friends of the Library and Library Foundations both support libraries, but their roles differ. Friends groups primarily focus on smaller, ongoing fundraising and advocacy for the library’s daily operations and programs, while Foundations pursues larger, more strategic fundraising for major capital projects or long-term initiatives.
